The Goldtouch keyboard is one of the most versatile keyboards on the market due to the ball joint that permits the user to adjust height and width of the split keyboard. By making subtle changes to the split keyboard different tendon and muscles are used thus reducing the risk of repetitive strain.

The keyboard has been found to be useful for DSE users with upper back, neck and upper limb pain. It should be noted that ergonomic keyboards are not suitable for non touch typists.
