Home workers must be assessed and given the appropriate Display Screen Equipment, if he or she uses a computer then they are likely to come under the Display Screen Equipment regulations. 

If workers are designated home workers then they are entitled to everything that office counterparts receive (desk, chair, keyboard, monitor etc).
